Chinese team visits KU
Karachi: A Chinese delegation, comprising 100 young members, visited the University of Karachi (KU) on Wednesday.
Karachi: A Chinese delegation, comprising 100 young members, visited the University of Karachi (KU) on Wednesday.
The delegation representing all walks of life, including art and education, came under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) according to which the youth of both the countries would be exchanged to promote an interactive environment between Pakistan and China.
The delegation also visited the Hussain Ebrahim Jamal (HEJ) Research Institute of Chemistry and Dr Panjwani Centre for Molecular Medicine and Drug Research, institutions of International Centre for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS), where they were informed about the high standard of research currently being conducted. On the occasion, Chinese delegation and the students of Pakistan shared their impressions about Pakistan's relationship with China.
KU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Pirzada Qasim Raza Siddiqui and All China Youth Federation Deputy Secretary Zhouzhinmin discussed various issues in an elegant environment. Daiily times
