Mianwali, Jan 13: A board of governors has approved tenders for the construction of a Danish School for boys and girls near Harnoli and allowed two construction companies to start work.
The project worth of Rs350 million will be completed in nine months. A meeting of the board presided over by District Coordination Officer Tariq Mahmood awarded contracts to the lowest bidders on Wednesday.
Board members Malik Dost Mohammad, Hafeezullah Khan Niazi, Malik Zulfiqar Joiya, Brig Mohammad Yousaf (retired) and technical member for Danish Schools Mohammad Siddique were also present.
M/s M.A Engineering Services have got the contract for construction of academic block for boys, students hostel and external development work, while Nefkan Construction Company will build girls section of the school. Dawn
